The hotel is nestled in the heart of Inverary, offering spacious rooms up a steep spiral staircase. The rooms are huge, but access may be challenging for some. The service at Brambles is top-notch with friendly and attentive staff. The location is excellent, right in the middle of town, with easy access to shops and local attractions. Dining at Brambles café across the street is tasty, featuring the best croissants. Overall, a great base in Inverary with some accessibility considerations.

The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of town, offering a convenient base to explore Inveraray while enjoying a beautiful Scottish breakfast. The rooms are cozy, warm, and spotlessly clean, although some noise from outside can affect the peace. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall stay experience.

Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfy with an excellent ensuite, and the breakfast was good. However, our room did not have a roll-top bath as advertised, which was a disappointment. The door handles to the bathroom need some maintenance due to being a bit squeaky. The original features in the hotel were impressive.

The dining experience was fantastic, offering a great choice of delicious hot items. Overall, a great stay with a few minor issues.
